HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK WHEN I CONTACT YOU REGARDING PRESSURE CLEANING?

Once you have contacted me I will call you to discuss what the job involves, at this stage I can provide a rough figure of pricing if requested, I can also discuss the process and advise what the options would be. I will then come to the address of the job in person to inspect the job. I can then give an accurate price and provide a written quote. If you decide to go ahead with the quote then I can book it in at a time that suits you. All quotes are free.

WILL MY PAINT WORK OR RENDERED SURFACE BE DAMAGED FROM PRESSURE CLEANING?

No, At Sunshine Pressure Cleaning we use a method called soft washing. We have the latest technology in pressure cleaning equipment that has been carefully designed to allow high quality results for a range of different surfaces without damage. Using a specialised chemical tank and pump we apply the chemical to the surface and allow this to work, we then gently rinse it off using a low pressure setting. Alternatively if you are wanting your house high pressure washed we can also complete this. Many clients complete a high pressure wash down to prepare the surface for re painting.

WILL MY ROOF LEAK WHILE IT IS BEING PRESSURE CLEANED?

Our tools that we use on the roof are designed to point the water in the right direction as well as having a skirt around the outside to prevent overspray. Prior to commencing the roof clean our experienced team will inspect the roof area to ensure it is suitable to be cleaned. We have experience in all roof types and have the expert knowledge on the cleaning applications required.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU NEED TO PRESSURE CLEAN?

This is a question that I get asked a lot. The simple answer is when it appears dirty or mouldy again. We use mould inhibitors on all areas when we complete a pressure clean. Our repeat customers usually book in between 6 to 12 months for the area to be pressure cleaned again. There are many different factors that can add to an area becoming dirty and mouldy, including climate, trees and use.

SHOULD I SEAL MY DRIVEWAY AFTER PRESSURE CLEANING?

If the driveway has never been sealed or it has been years between coats then absolutely you should. Sealing your concrete surface after pressure cleaning will keep the job looking better for longer and also protect the integrity of the surface.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I CLEAN MY SOLAR PANELS?

It is recommended that you clean solar panels every 3 to 6 months. cleaning your solar panels regularly is said to increase efficiency by up to 20%. We use a soft wash technique, this allows a thorough clean without damage to the surface.

SHOULD I PRESSURE CLEAN MY HOUSE BEFORE PUTTING IT ON THE MARKET?

You can add thousands of dollars to the sale of your property by having it professionally pressure cleaned. Real estate agents have reported seeing better results when a property is presented to the highest of standard, this can be achieved by completing a pressure clean of all areas. maximise the value of your investment. we offer pre sale packages.

DOES MOULD DAMAGE PAINTWORK?

Yes, if not removed mould will attack any surface leaving paintwork to blister, roof tiles to oxidise, rendered walls to discolour. Mould soaks into surfaces and can ingrain in paintwork and sometimes cannot be removed if left untreated for a long period of time, getting to it early and maintaining the surface can add years to the life of the surface and prevent the need to repaint or replace. Pressure cleaning is a much more cost effective measure of maintaining a surface. Mould not only looks unsightly and can compromise the integrity of the surface but can be harmful to your health.

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?

Yes, We have up to $20,000,000 public liability insurance. With many years experience in the cleaning industry and the highest quality in equipment allows us to avoid problems before they occur. We also hold workcover Insurance and all of our employees hold both working at heights and construction cards.
